- Southcentral Foundation / ANMC (Anchorage): 90-120 days Alaska Native tribal health organization; operates Alaska Native Medical Center.
- Bartlett Regional Hospital (Juneau): 75-90 days regional.
- Mat-Su Regional Medical Center (Palmer/Wasilla): 75-90 days fast-growing suburb north of Anchorage.
