These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of providers.avahealth.co (the "Site"), operated by Ava Health Partners LLC ("Ava Health," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site is operated by Ava Health, a healthcare staffing and recruiting firm. Ava Health has discontinued the public provider directory that previously operated on the Site; see our opt-out page for details. The Site now provides general information about our services and the healthcare staffing field.

About the discontinued directory

The Site previously published provider listings built from the public NPPES NPI Registry published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. That directory has been discontinued; individual listing pages have been removed and no longer exist. We never guaranteed that any listing was current, complete, or accurate, and a listing was not an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any provider.

Always confirm a provider's credentials, licensure, and availability directly with the provider or the relevant state licensing board. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass, contact, or market to listed providers in violation of law;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site or its data by automated means without our written permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or
• misrepresent the data or use it to build a competing directory in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, original content, and software are owned by Ava Health and protected by applicable law. Underlying NPPES registry data is public. You may use the Site for your own personal or professional reference but not to republish or resell our compiled content.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other sites we operate or to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ava Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any reliance on the directory data, arising out of your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
