How to Get a Physical Therapist License in Alaska (2026)
Alaska has not joined the PT Compact, so all out-of-state PTs must complete full endorsement (8-10 weeks). The state offers among the highest PT compensation in the nation, driven by remote hardship premiums, IHS/tribal health demand, and a limited local PT workforce. Endorsement process
