- Roper St. Francis Healthcare (Charleston): 90-120 days community credentialing.
- Tidelands Health (Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand): 75-90 days community. Growing coastal market with significant retiree population driving demand.
- AnMed Health (Anderson): 75-90 days regional; serves the Upstate SC/NE GA market.
South Carolina-specific requirements
