Step-by-step: New graduate RN license in Oklahoma

Step 1: Verify eligibility and gather documents

You need a nursing degree from an OBN-approved program, a valid Social Security number, and no disqualifying criminal history. Gather your transcript, government-issued photo ID, and criminal history documentation if applicable.

Step 2: Create your OBN online account
